I love my mom so much, wouldn’t trade her in for the world! I’m blessed to have her in my life, and blessed that we have built a very strong bond together. I’m happy that no matter what it is that when on in our past, we are both strong women to overcome it, accept our differences, understand our love for each other, and continue to be there for one another every step of the way! :) I love you mom! I thank God for choosing you to be the one who gave birth to me, to be the mom in my life I’ve always wanted! Work Out Plan: 1 month update

Well It’s not accurately 1 month yet, but in a week it will be, lol but just wanted to update my progress, my progress so far is that I have lost 10lbs already! :) Just by doing a few life style, no hardcore dieting, I tried the lemon detox diet, but then my doctor said due to my risk of having diabetes, the high maple syrup containing that diet, it is actually not a good idea for me, so now I just drink it as a drink i’d want to drink if i’m craving something sweet. I have been staying away from soda much better than before, and although sweets are my weakness, i’ve been doing a better job with avoiding them and not having them everyday. My work-out has been better, but i do need to improve, i work out 2 times a week, and now i’m changing it to 4 times a week because well, summer is next month! so i don’t have a lot of time! lol. Now I just have to keep it easy on the carbs and the sweets!

Goal for June 16, 2012:

1. Lose 15lbs

2. Work-out 4 times a week

3. eliminate soda for GOOD!

4. Keep drinking lemon drink to regulate system

5. Fiber will help!! (yogurts&nuts,&prunes)
